Kwang-il Kim leads ITHAKON with experience across accounting, transactions, and business advisory. His background includes M&A advisory, financial due diligence, valuation, and audit work.
Before founding this business, his professional career included Samil PwC, Shinseung Accounting Corporation, Jeongin Accounting Corporation, and Partheon Partners. That experience shapes a product philosophy grounded in evidence, clear decisions, and accountable execution.
